CHAPTER 13

Confrontation and Confesion.

Jessica's POV

Katalina walked in, followed by Andre and the beta Stepha. I hated them all. I wanted nothing more than rip out Kat's eyes.

"What do you wolves want with me, except you Kat your no wolf, you're just a misfit."

"Look who's talking, your not just a mere human, you're a bitch too. I'm sure if the humans had the chance they wouldn't want to be associated with you. They'd disown you the first chance they got. Just like your-"

"That's enough Kat," Warren said from beside me.

"I don't need you to stand up for me Warren, this bitch is gonna be put in her place sooner than later." I tried pushing him off of me again but he still overpowered me. "Have fun with your mate and your new dumb family Luna." I mocked her title. 

"Come on Jess, I thought you could do better than that excuse of an insult. You have literally hurt everyone around you. You only care about yourself. You don't even see how much Warren loves you. You're so blinded by your self-hatred that you push that onto others. I wanted nothing more than to save you and help you be able to shift again but you just had to act like, like THIS! "

"Warren loves me?"  I whispered. Not really understanding why he would feel that way about me.

"Yeah Jessica and I love you too. Why else would think we would be here or be by your side while you were out cold." No, no one loves me. They must be lying. How? My mate is dead, he's the only one that's ever loved me.

"Get out," I said. No one moved. "Get OUT!" I yelled.

"We aren't gonna leave you Jess." the beta said. "We have a way to heal you that just might help. It involves Katalina, so I suggest you bring down your attitude and voice, a tad bit." I look at Kat wide eyes.

I knew she had powers but could she really fix me? Did she even want to fix me? I stayed silent. Warren finally let go of his grip on me and in his place Katalina stood next to me. I looked at her with furrowed brows. I didn't know why she was doing this. It only made me want to hate her for her kind heart even more.

She whispered a few words under her breath and a beautiful stone came out of nowhere and floated in front of my face. A nice breeze floated across my face making me close my eyes and just enjoy the feel on it. 

Katalina then placed her hand on my back which made my eyes pop open. I heard a growl come from Andre and decided to close my eyes and keep them that way.

The sweet scent of cinnamon and honey hit my nose. The aroma made me feel high. All I knew in the next moment was that my body felt amazing and the darkness that swallowed me felt like a soft blanket.

Katalina's POV- Monday, after the day Jessica was found.

I walked out of the packhouse to the front gate to see Andre leaning on an SUV. I walked to him and hugged him. He quickly hugged me back and pulled me close to him, leaving tingles and amazing sensations wherever he touched me.

He then placed his head into the crook of my neck and inhaled deeply. I inhaled myself, taking in his amazing smell. He nipped at my neck when I did so and then he blew on my neck, leaving his scent on me.

He then pulled away and grabbed my hand and lead me to the other side of the car. As he opened the door for me and I got in, his phone rang.

He quickly looked at the caller ID and scowled. He answered and talked for a while before entering the car and leaning into me. He captured my lips in his in an instant and sparks went flying everywhere. My hands were in his hair and his hands were going from my back to my hips then up again.
