Chapter 59

Violet's pov

I don't know if I love or hate max. he is taking up a lot of Sarah's time, I mean they hand out after school on the weekends, even during our lunch breaks and even sometimes in school. Normally now I'm just sitting with Matias and Bruno now. Don't get me wrong I love them and it gives me time to talk with Matias more.

I haven't really been spending as much time with him because my time was always spent doing things with Sarah and I would only really see him when he would come over and hang out with my brothers. Now it's like Sarah Is busy 24/7 and Matias has been over a lot more. It's made me realise how much time I spend with Sarah and how much I've missed spending time with Matias.

Sarah has been handing out with Max for 2 weeks straight now, I mean I don't blame her because well one she can get a little boy crazy especially when its someone like Max and also because she was always supportive when I was spending so much time with other people so it's only fair if I do the same for her.

I have finally convinced Sarah to come over today and hang out with me and Matias. They haven't really gotten the chance to get to know each other and I want to be able to hang out with both of them at the same time instead of trying to schedule days for both of them when we could all just hang out together.

It could really go one of two ways, they could hate each other and never want to hang out together again or they could love each other and want to hang out all the time. And maybe even fall in love. Who knows.

I've already told the guys at the front gate that Sarah and Matias are going to be coming soon but apparently, Matias is allowed access whenever he wants and it's only Sarah that needs permission no matter how many times they see her and have seen her for almost three years.

At around 12 is when they finally get here, it is a little awkward at first, like everyone is when they are with people they don't really know but as the day goes on Matias and Sarah are actually starting to really like each other and are more comfortable with each other. It was going so well until everyone in the house got a text message except Sarah. Not even looking at our phones Matias and I both look at each other knowing it had to be something with the mafia which meant that we had to send Sarah home and go do whatever needed to be done.

Taking out my phone I pretend to read the text I got pretending that its Alessandro that texted, turning to Sarah I have a little pout on my face

"Alessandro just texted me, there has been a family emergency so you both have to leave" I try to make my voice as worried but annoyed at the same time

"It's all good girl we can all just hang out another day and this gives me time to spend with Max" I can tell Sarah tried to say the last part as casually as she could but all throughout today I could tell she was missing him and wanted to at least talk to him

"yeah it's all good ill just grab my things from Xavier's room I left last time and then I'll go" Matias says walking up the stairs, kind of slowly knowing he's staying here but has to make it look like he's actually going for Sarah's sake

"I'll see you guys on Monday" Sarah says as she walks towards the front door

It doesn't take long for everyone to pile into the living room once they hear the front door close. Once Alessandro is in the living room and sees that everyone is here and waiting he starts explaining

"first of all, I meant to send that to Elijah and Lorenzo only. Four of our men were found tortured and killed in a warehouse, and apparently, the killer has left a message that my guys think we need to look at. So I guess we're all going but I don't want anyone wandering the warehouse and Violet if you feel sick or you just wanna leave and wait in the car take one of the boys okay" Alessandro almost sounds annoyed talking about what has happened at the warehouse
