Chloe was on the bus when she got a text from her mom that said "When you get home head over to the Barnes' we are having a family meeting."
She replied back with "Why?'
"You'll see your dad and James has a surprise for the families." Sarah texted back.
Chloe got off the bus shortly after that. She unlocked the front door and took her back pack upstairs then walked across the road to the Barnes' house. She saw Bucky's truck sitting in the driveway and wondered where her brother was if he was already in town.
Chloe knocked on the door even though her mom told her to come over Chloe was was never one to be rude. Bucky opened the door and said "You could of just walked in. Your mom is already here."
"I'm not going to be rude and just walk in." she said
"Why not.. it's just as much as your house as it is mine. Heck you were born in my house." he said as she walked in.
"Shut up.." she said
"You cut your hair." he said

"I did.." she said as she made her way to the kitchen where her mom and Winnie was. "Here you go Chloe I made sure I was able to save you some." Winnie said as she hands her a plate of chocolate chip cookies.
"Hey you said you made them for me cause you knew I was coming home for the weekend." Bucky said
"Sorry honey but I was making them for her you just happen to come home before she got off the bus." Winnie said
"I'm the favorite now not you. So you leave my cookies alone." she said
He gasped and said "That's not true.. I"m her baby there's no other kids after me."
"But she helped me come into this world so technically..I am her baby too." Chloe said
"Um you are not that's me." Bucky said
"She makes me cookies every day and brings them over to me after school. She even set me up a room for when my mom and dad have to leave in the middle of the night. " she said
"Mom!" Bucky said
"Sorry honey I have a empty nest both you and your sister took off. But I still have this little angel who keeps me company when I'm not at work and your daddy is working." Winnie said
"Haha" Chloe said as she put all the cookies on the plate and her milk and went into the living room.
"Give me a cookie.." he said as he chased after her.
