One of the many deities of Greek myth, Pandora was famously known for trapping many of the malicious things on Earth within a box, which caused many people to think of her as an evil spirit. However, Pandora is really a kind, fun-loving gal who only trapped the evils of Earth and some of Hell's in order to make both worlds much nicer. But judging from when Blitz apparently "died", also doesn't like taking responsibility.
