I'm sound asleep until I hear the sound of my stinking alarm clock go off. I'm not really a morning person. Sure I only sleep in until 8:30 on weekends but I do not like getting up at 6:30. Except today, I don't really mind getting up at 6:30 today because I'm going to camp!

Today I'm going to see all of my friends, along with those crystal blue eyes.

I basically jump out of my bed, skipping into my bathroom. I take the fastest shower ever so that I'll have more time to pick out an outfit and do my hair, because I am a very last minute person and did not think about sleeping in braids or picking out an outfit last night.

An hour later, at 7:30, I am ready. I was standing in front of a full length mirror.I actually look pretty. Not because of the concealer I put on, or because I finally washed my dirty white converse. Not even because I somehow managed to perfectly curl my hair.I actually understand what Jacob had said, I just have this glow about me. Im not being cocky, but a smile does look good on me.Im pretty on the inside, and that makes me pretty on the outside, not the other way around. Man confidence feels good.

I look at my outfit that I had chosen only a few minutes ago. I had thrown together dark denim shorts and a baby blue shirt. I put on my white converse and my bracelet.(I will give Jacob his at camp)

I grab my big, heavy suitcase and head down stairs. I swear, I couldn't fit another shirt in this thing even if I tried.

When I get down stairs I look through the window, noticing my mom, already in the car.

I turn my glance towards the kitchen, where my dad is reading a book and eating a banana.

My nine year old brother is in the corner, playing on the I pad with my five year old sister. They look pretty busy, no doubt playing some stupid brain frying app, but they still looked busy, so I decide to say bye to my dad first.

"Bye dad, I'm leaving."

He gives me a smile,"for camp? It's already June?" He shrugs as if he doesn't really care,"I'm just playing, come here!" He pulls me in for a quick hug.

I smile, "see you in four weeks."

He nods,"don't cause any trouble", He says Playfully.

"I know dad." I roll my eyes, smiling.

I walk over to my brother and sister."bye guys!"

My brother, Spencer gives me a tight hug, "don't worry, we won't save any good food for you."

I ruffle his hair, causing him to frown as he attempts to fix it,"Okay, thanks weirdo." I kiss the top of his head before turning my gaze to my sister, Abbie. She jumps up from her seat and squeezes my so tight I swear my guts almost fall out.

"Can I play in your room while you're gone?"

I look at her,"um, no! " I clear my throat before speaking loudly,"hear that everyone, my room is off limits."

My siblings just roll their eyes as if they don't hear me, and my dad chuckles. In the end I smile before hugging everyone one last time and heading out the door.

Once I reach the car I put my ginormous suitcase in the trunk before getting into the front seat. Not more than five seconds after I get in the car, my mom steps on the gas pedal.

As we drive into to the parking lot that the bus is in, it's silent, so I decide to say something."Well I'm going to miss you mom."

She glances at me for a second before turning her attention back to the road,"oh sweetie, I'm going to miss you too. You be safe, okay? Don't wader off." She chuckles and I groan.
