I'm currently in my room thinking about what happened yesterday at Seth's place. Ares and I had a chat, he explained himself and also apologized for cheating on me, I of course "forgave him". Fake it till you make it right? Four more years.
*FLASHBACK*
I was in the kitchen with Ares. I was sitting on the kitchen counter with Ares in between my legs and his hands on my waist.
"Iris, can you please forgive me" he said making me feel sick to my stomach. "for what exactly?" I questioned raising an eyebrow. "baby you know what I'm sorry for" he said tightening his grip on my waist. "Ares I don't give two shits about what you do behind my back." I said in a deadly calm voice. "what" he said seeming shocked. I saw through his eyes that I hurt him with those small words. "Ares we don't need to have this conversation" I said flashing him a fake smile. "Iris" he said backing up and rubbing his neck. "Baby don't worry I'm fine and I forgive you, just don't fuck up again or I promise you when I say. I will kill you " I said getting of the counter, walking upto him I kissed his cheek. "Ti a more"(love you) I said causing him to tilt his head down and smile. "forse "(maybe) I said making the smile on his face instantly disappear,meaning I'm now in control. I then walked out of the kitchen and went to join the others.
*END OF FLASHBACK*
"hey Ris" Isis said coming into my room sitting next to me on my bed. "hey" I said giving her a smile. "did you do it?" she asked referring to what she advised me to do about Ares. "yes" I said causing her to burst into laughter. "you'll see, the boy will change just don't show him any emotion and act like you don't want him" she said. "basically give him the cold shoulder and show him who's in charge" she said with a huge grin in her face. "Isis did I ever tell you that I love you?" I said causing her to laugh. "you have, but only when you're not being a bitch" she said causing me to laugh.
"I saw you and Ace this morning sleeping peacefully on your bed" I said in a British accent causing her to laugh. "babe,his cute and all but I just met him yesterday remember?" she said raising an eyebrow "I know, but his gotten you to smile, blush and be clingy. All in one day" I said earning a slap behind my head and we both laughed. "I'm hungry" Isis said changing the topic. "same" I said. "Gianna, mama and Octavia invited us to a girls day" Isis said causing my eyes to widen and a smile to appear on my face. "when?" I questioned, hopefully it's today because I seriously have no plans. "today" she said with a huge smile on her face. We chilled in my room for a couple of minutes, talking about random shit.
"Ma'am you have a visitors" Sam said entering the room. "who?" Isis questioned. "Ares, Mrs Stone, Mrs Morreti and your mother". Sam said. "okay thanks Sam, we'll be down in a couple of minutes" I said. He nodded and left the room. " so Ares is here" I said looking at Isis, who gave me a wicked grin. "let the games begin" she laughed and I joined her. "okay let's go attend our guests" I said getting up from my bed and motioned for Isis to follow me.
Isis and I made our way to the dining room and found our 'roommates' with Gianna, Octavia, mama and Ares sitting on their chairs chatting. "Ahh, mis hijas" (my girls) mama said getting up from her chair coming to hug both me and Isis. "mama" both Isis said hugging her back. "whatever we mention today please don't freak out okay?" mama whispered for only me and Isis to hear. "okay" Isis and I said in sync, pulling out of the hug. Isis walked to an empty sit between James and Ace because my mama is sitting in her usual seat, Isis can't tell my mama what to do because she is well our mama.
I made my way to sit in my usual seat next to Ares. When Ares saw me he quickly got up from his chair and pulled out my chair for me. His such a gentle man haha. I saw Isis trying to hold on her laugh because her plan was working. "morning amore" (love) Ares said sitting next to me and gave my hand a kiss hoping to get an reaction from me I guess but yea i felt nothing. no emotion. no butterflies. Not even disgust. "morning" I said effortlessly and turned my attention to Daniel who was sitting across from us. "Morning Daniel" I said smiling. "morning Iris" he said in slow motion causing us both to burst out into laughter. "do you think the foods ready?" I asked him. "I don't know" he said. "and I don't see no maid in here to ask" Daniel said looking around.
"I'll go to the kitchen and check what the hold up is" I said getting up. "okay,tell them to hurry up because I'm fucken hungry" he said rubbing his stomach. "yea yea" I said. Before I could walk away Ares held my hand earning my attention. "let me come with you love" he said now standing next to me. "okay but you walk behind me" I said not giving him a chance to respond, I walked out of the room with him following from behind me.
-That's right, I'm walking this cheating bitch around like a dog. -
We got to the kitchen and found Aunt Mary, our maid wiping the plates we're supposed to eat in. "hey Aunt Marty" I said walking up to her with Ares following behind me. "hello darling" she said in a beautiful soft voice causing me to smile at her.
Aunt Mary is the only worker me and Isis don't walk over because she practically raised us. She use to travel with myself, mama and Isis when we were still young. She was trained to gaurd and protect us she taught Isis and I Spanish when we got adopted, she lives here in Italy now because of her family and of course we had to buy a house here just so she can stay employed.
"Aunt Mary, when will the food be ready I'm hungry" I said in a baby voice making her chuckle. "the food is ready Isis or Iris" she said eyeing me up and down,trying to figure out which twin she's talking to. "it's Iris aunty" I said trying to hold back my smile. "right, now go to the dining room I'll be there in less than five minutes" she said motioning for me to leave. "okay Aunt Mary" I said walking out of the kitchen with Ares following behind me.
We got back to the dining room and took our seats and Ares of course was a gentle man and helped me with my seat. "foods coming in less than a minute" I said to Daniel and he nodded. A minute later maids came in and surved us our food. We were having a full English breakfast,i looked up and saw Daniel dancing while eating causing me to chuckle.
After eating our server's cleaned out the table.
"so you girls ready for the Girls Day?" Octavia said with a huge smile on her face. "oh yess we are" Isis and I said in sync. "you guys are having a girls day?" Daniel said raising an eyebrow. "yes we are El" Isis said. "cool, can I join?" Daniel asked. "no you can't because it's a 'girls day' and you're not a girl" Octavia said. "maybe next time" I said and Daniel nodded.
"Anyway someone's birthdays coming up in a couple of days" Gianna said. "we have everything ready for the dinner and party" she continued. "dinner?" questioned raising an eyebrow. "yea we're having dinner as a family and of course since the Stone, De'Leon and Salvatore family are our closest friends and allies, you'll all be joining us" Ares said. "cool" I said effortlessly.
"anyway let me get this lovely lady ready for this 'girls day'" Ace said standing up from his seat and he held out a hand to Isis, which she of course took. "oh so you're dressing me today again" Isis dramatically in a British accent causing all of us to chuckle. Ace whispered something into Isises ear for only her to hear. I watched as Isis blush a little but she quickly covered it. "you wish" she said slapping his arm. "it will happen love, trust me" he said winking at her. They walked out of the room holding hands.
"Iris.... and.... Ace" mama said causing everyone to turn their attention towards her. "when did this happen exactly Iris?" Mama asked looking at me. I guess I'm the idiot that has to answer. "well they only met yesterday so.... I guess it happened yesterday?" I shrugged. "yup we definitely need this girls day so we can catch up on the tea" Mama said with a big smile on her face. "yea we do" I said nodding.
"Daniel and James please come help me pick out an outfit for today?" I asked them giving them puppy eyes. "sure Ris" Daniel said. "I was going to say no." James said. "but I can't say no to those puppy eyes" he continued. "no one can say no to my puppy eyes" I said dramatically, tossing my hair back. "Ares, you can come with if you're not busy" I said to him changing my tone so it's calm and cold. "did i do something wrong?" he asked raising an eyebrow. "no, now let's go" I said getting up from my seat and walked out of the room followed by Ares, James and Daniel.
