I closed my eyes shut before trying to open them again and when I did, I was met with the sight of a bright light making me squint my eyes.

I coughed and pointed to the jug of water, "She want some water y'all". I heard Nessa say
Semaj brought a glass of water to my lips and I drank half of the glass before signalling I didn't want anymore.
"What happened". My voice came out hoarse
"You in the hopsital, you fainted". Keon spoke up staring at me
I sucked my teeth looking around, "what time is it?". I asked
"It's almost the next day, Cece". Nessa sighed making me roll my eyes
A nurse walked in, "Simone, you're awake". She said smiling at me making me look at her weirdly

She nodded her head, "Uh, yes. Simone, you fainted due to stress and your blood pressure was very high". She said making me shake my head

Semaj looked at me then the nurse, "That's about it?". He asked the nurse
She shook her head, "We did some tests and Simone seems to not have eaten or drank anything in the past, I guess four days. That really contributed to it as well". She said giving me a faint smile
"I suggest eating again but start off easy with light meals and drink lots of water. I have prescribed some anti-depressants for stress, anxiety all those things. You'll be able to go home today or tomorrow, I'll be back to confirm. Hope you're doing okay" She explained before leaving the room
Semaj glared at me, "So you ain't been eating?". He asked making me mug him
"Ain't yo ass supposed to be spending Christmas wit yo' folks?". I retorted
"Simone". He said in a serious tone

"You feel okay, Cece". Nessa asked me making me look at her and nod my head

"So why ain't you been eating?". Semaj asked me
I rose my eyebrow, "Tion told you about Landon?". I asked and he nodded his head

I shuddered, "He said he got his niggas eyes on me and soon it's gon' be me and him alone". I said making Semaj shake his head
"You gotta make sure you get discharged today or sum shit, cause you gotta leave that house staying at". He said making Keon nod his head
"I gotta place where we can stay, you think you can hit yo people up in Orlando". Keon asked Tion
"They in Tampa and not yet, it ain't that bad now". He said making furrow my eyebrows

"Here are your discharge papers, just sign where you're supposed to and you're free to go. You'll get your medication at the pharmacy". She said making me nod my head and give her the discharge papers I'd signed

"Take care". And she walked out
"Anyways, we needa go pack and shit". Semaj said
"Where yo place at Keon". I asked
