"Jenn throwing a party this weekend." I told dace watching him as i sat on his bed.
"Why?" He asked counting the money into stacks on his dresser. "Ion' know cause jess like bringing other people fun." I shrugged.
"She hosting that shit at ha' house?" He asked.
"No she getting a hotel, me her and nya going tonight to help her decorate and shit for the party. Den tomorrow when everybody come it's already ready."
"So what you staying der'?" He asked. "Mhm." I answered.
"Aight— hollon I be right back." He took his ringing phone out his pocket leaving the room.
I jumped up going to his dresser, his ring stand sitting up in front of me taunting me to put them on.
I quickly put a ring on each of my fingers grabbing a stack of money that was still tied up, waiting to be counted.
I put it back down seeing his watch and bracelets.
Smiling ear to ear like the grinch, i picked them up putting those on too.
I grabbed the stack again, clicking the camera button on my Home Screen and snapping a picture.
